Shipping & Operating Hours
Texan Temptations operates from Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends and major holidays.
Orders placed after noon on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We offer Standard Shipping via USPS and UPS, as well as Expedited Shipping through UPS.
During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option and the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed.
Fulfillment & Order Processing
Orders are processed on the same day they are received, with fulfillment turnaround time typically completed within 1-4 business days.
During the holiday season, the turnaround time may be slightly longer. If you need your item for a special event or holiday, we advise allowing sufficient time for delivery. We recommend placing your order at least 14 days prior to ensure timely delivery.
The fulfillment time is not factored into the chosen shipping method. Please consider this when ordering.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at support@texantemptations.com with the order number in the subject line to expedite the process. Once an order has been marked as "shipped," it cannot be cancelled.
Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel order in the event of shipping discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other related issues.
Lost or Delayed Packages Policy
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen after the package has been delivered. To prevent packages from getting lost, please double-check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery time. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. While we will make every effort to expedite your order, we are not responsible for compensation related to these delays beyond our control.
Once we are notified of a shipping delay, we will work closely with the carrier to locate the package by submitting a research ticket.
The estimated time to complete this research is 10 business days once submitted. Refunds will not be issued until this research & compensation is completed by the carrier

UNATTENDED PACKAGES
If no one is available to receive your order upon arrival at its final destination, our carriers will typically leave it at the door. If this could pose a problem for you, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package to ensure its safe delivery.
It's important to be aware that Texan Temptations is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur after the delivery of your package. We recommend taking necessary precautions to safeguard your package, such as tracking the delivery status and coordinating with the recipient to receive the package promptly.
