At Texan Temptations, we operate as a third-party seller purchasing products at retail price. However, our resale prices do not mirror the retail price. To maintain transparency, we retain all original tags on the merchandise. We strive to be competitive and fair in our pricing, frequently offering sales to provide value to our customers.
Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Texan Temptations. We value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund on your return, your item must meet the following criteria:
All Apparel must be unused, in new condition, with tags still attached.
All items must have been delivered within the last 14 days.
Holiday and Seasonal items for which the holiday/season has passed, are not eligible for return.
You must be located within the United States.
All return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund due.Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
Perishable goods are not eligible for return.
Items that have been washed and/or worn.
Items without the original tags attached
All swimwear items are ineligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using USPS and UPS for returns to ensure a smooth process.
Initiating a Refund or Exchange
Starting on 1/1/2025, all returns or exchanges must be approved before sending them back. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Below are the requirements for approval:
1. Review the policy outlining the requirements for exchanges or returns.
2. Send us photos of the item for approval, including photos of tags and original packaging.
3. Specify if you would like a refund or exchange for the item.
4. Confirm if you would like us to send a prepaid label, which will be deducted from your funds if the item is returned.
Once we have approved your request via email, you may proceed to send the item back.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@texantemptations.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we have reviewed your request and approved your return, you may proceed with returning your item. The original packing slip is required.
Please note, all items are subject to inspection. If the items returned are deemed used or wash, the return will be void.
Your refund will be processed once all items have passed inspections. We ask that you allow 14 business days for the refund to be sent back to the original form of payment.
Exchange Policy
Should you require a different size for the item(s) purchased, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please be advised that there are fees associated with all exchange such as return shipping and reshipping of the returned item(s). We do not assess a restocking fee of on exchanges if it is from then same item.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if you choose to exchange an item for a different one.
Items that have been identified as ineligible for return as states under our refund policy, are not eligible for exchange.
Processing Time:
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to this Return and Refund Policy. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date

Shipping & Operating Hours
Texan Temptations operates from Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We offer Standard Shipping via USPS and UPS, as well as Expedited Shipping through UPS. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option and the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed.
Fulfillment & Order Processing
Orders are processed on the same day they are received, with fulfillment turnaround time typically completed within 1-3 business days. During the holiday season, the turnaround time may be slightly longer. If you need your item for a special event or holiday, we advise allowing sufficient time for delivery. We recommend placing your order at least 21 days prior to ensure timely delivery.
The fulfillment time is not factored into the chosen shipping method. Please consider this when ordering
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at support@texantemptations.com with the order number in the subject line to expedite the process. Once an order has been marked as "shipped," it cannot be cancelled.
Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel order in the event of shipping discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other related issues.
Lost or Delayed Packages Policy
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen after the package has been delivered. To prevent packages from getting lost, please double-check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery time. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. While we will make every effort to expedite your order, we are not responsible for compensation related to these delays beyond our control.
Once we are notified of a shipping delay, we will work closely with the carrier to locate the package by submitting a research ticket. The estimated time to complete this research is 10 business days once submitted. Refunds will not be issued until this research is completed by the carrier.

UNATTENDED PACKAGES
If no one is available to receive your order upon arrival at its final destination, our carriers will typically leave it at the door. If this could pose a problem for you, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package to ensure its safe delivery.
It's important to be aware that Texan Temptations is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur after the delivery of your package. We recommend taking necessary precautions to safeguard your package, such as tracking the delivery status and coordinating with the recipient to receive the package promptly.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of chocolate and the risk of melting during warmer months, we do not typically ship chocolate during the summer. If you choose to proceed with an order during this time, please be aware that there is a risk of the chocolate melting during transit and we are not responsible for any melted chocolate upon arrival.
If you still wish to purchase chocolate items, we recommend selecting priority shipping and strongly recommend overnight shipping to minimize the time in transit. Additionally, you have the option to add gel packs to your order for an additional fee to help keep the chocolate cool during shipping. Please reach out to us at support@texantemptations.com
